YARD focus on the role of young people in agricultural development, health, watersheds, sanitation, education and highlight initiatives that are delivering the support and skills they need to fulfill their extraordinary potential. Our objective is to provide sustainable support to rural youth for a comprehensive, sustainable and effective utilization of resources and to enhance upon the quality of developmental efforts. To accomplish this objective YARD work towards development of human resources through mentorship, providing technical inputs and assistance, research, training and advocacy, with an action oriented perspective targeted on youth, women and children. YARD networks with NGOs to successfully implement projects and build community ownership to generate sustainability.
