The main purpose of the Forum is to further develop and strengthen cooperation between Eastern partnership countries and EU countries in the youth field.

The main purpose of the Forum is to further develop and strengthen cooperation between Eastern partnership countries and EU countries in the youth field.
Fostering employment of young people through:
- mobility and partnership programmes (EU, COE, UN other programmes): to highlight the potential of existing mobility and partnership programmes for cooperation between Erasmus + Eastern Partnership countries and programme countries and strengthen cooperation between regions in the youth field;
- Cross-sectorial cooperation: to enhance cross–sectorial cooperation between stakeholders related to transferability of youth competences from NFE to labour market;
- Exchange of good practices (innovative ideas): to ensure exchange of good practices in the field of youth employment and development of new innovative ideas to be applied in youth work for supporting young people transition from education to labour market;
- Policy development: to contribute to policy making on youth employment and develop recommendations to different youth field related stakeholders.
Target group
- Youth workers;
- Active young people with experience in the subjects of the Forum;
- Representatives of Youth Councils;
- Desk Officers of three Presidencies, Slovakia (Ministry, Youth Council) and Lithuania definitely, other countries – to see the balance with other groups;
- Representatives of Ministries responsible for youth from EaP countries;
- Representatives of business field: unions, employers’ organisations, job services etc.
- Researchers.
Participants’ selection criteria
- All together about 170 participants (80+90 balance between regions, respectfully programme countries and EaP);
- Age: 18+;
- Having opportunity to apply and multiply the experiences and learning after the Forum;
- Able to communicate in English, might be also those communicating in Russian.
