The Research Council of Norway and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research will collaborate for interdisciplinary research on management of the environment, natural resources, and climate change in the Arctic. The program will support joint research projects of three years that are carried out by established research groups from both countries. The deadline for applications is 04 September 2013.
