In collaboration with the World Cocoa Foundation, the U.S. Department of Agriculture invites applications for the 2014 Cocoa Borlaug Fellowships. The fellowships will support research on topics such as cocoa genetics and breeding; plant propagation; diseases; pests; and soil fertility and plant nutrition in India, Indonesia, or Malaysia. Applicants from these countries should have completed a master's degree or higher, and be in the early or middle stages of their careers. The application deadline is 20 October 2013.
