The Environmental Economics Unit (EEU) at the University of Gothenburg, in collaboration with the Beijer Institute of Ecological Economics, offers six full scholarships in a PhD program in Global Change and Climate Economics with admission September 2014. These scholarships are open to applicants from developing countries -- focusing on Bangladesh, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.
1. Strong background in economics, at least a master's degree.
2. Institutional affiliation, such as universities, research institutes etc.
3. Must come from a developing country, see above list.
4. Analythical ability.
5. Priority for Women.
6. Documented interest in resource and environmental issues.
