U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) -- Pacific-American Climate Fund

The Pacific-American Climate Fund will finance activities in Pacific Islands that aim to reduce the long-term vulnerabilities associated with climate change and achieve sustainable climate-resilient development. Grants are to non-sovereign civil society organizations (local, national, and international) operating in any of Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.  There are three categories of grant sizes.  Funding Opportunity AID-492-C-13-00017.

Concept papers may be submitted any time through 05 March 2015.
