The International Fund for Agriculture (IFAD) is partnering with the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) to fund research on better practices in agricultural development under the risks of climate change. The focal countries in this IFAD-CCAFS Learning Alliance are Bangladesh, Bolivia, Chad, Djibouti, Ghana, Lesotho, Mali, Mozambique, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Vietnam. Funding will be provided to research consortia that can deliver scientific knowledge, policy engagement, and capacity enhancement. The limit on budget requests is US$500 thousand for two years.
