Ocean Park Conservation Foundation -- Wildlife Conservation in Asia 2015-2016

The Ocean Park Conservation Foundation (Hong Kong) solicits projects on threatened animal species in Asia. This refers to giant pandas, Chinese white dolphins, and other threatened Asian species and habitats. Thematic areas for 2015-2016 are: (i) Effects of climate change on Asian wildlife and habitats; (ii) Effects of marine debris on Asian wildlife and habitats; and (iii) Saving Asian biodiversity. The Foundation supports conservation research and management, as well as community education and capacity building. Principal investigators can be of any nationality. The majority of projects are for one year, but the Foundation will separately consider multi-year projects of around HK$1 million per year if they show promise of clear conservation outcomes.
