ICSU's Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) invites applications for its three programs of fellowships and scholarships. The aim is to encourage the active involvement of early-career Antarctic researchers, and to strengthen international capacity and cooperation in the spirit of the Antarctic Treaty.
