The EUROPARC Federation partners with the Alfred Toepfer Stiftung to award the Alfred Toepfer Natural Heritage Scholarships promoting international cooperation within the European dimension of protected area management. Grants of €3 thousand allow young conservationists to make study visits to one or more protected areas external to their home countries. In addition to western Europe, participating countries include Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
