The program “Capacity Building in Forest Policy and Governance in the Western Balkan Region” (CAPABAL) is a targeted network within COST, comprising 36 member countries that contribute to European Cooperation in Science and Technology. CAPABAL invites early-stage researchers to submit applications for the 2nd call for short-term scientific missions across countries. The aim is to promote emerging research that helps achieve sustainable forest management and governance in the Western Balkans. Topics are organized by working groups. Travel grants usually cover travel costs, accommodation, and meal expenses.
