In partnership with Switzerland's State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI), the University of Basel manages SARECO to advance the collaboration between Swiss and African researchers. The current call focuses on "kick-starting" grants for exchange visits, joint seminars, and joint workshops. The eligible countries are Switzerland plus Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Senegal, Uganda, and Zambia. Grants will not exceed CHF 10 thousand. The application deadline is 31 December 2015.
