U.S. Department of Agriculture -- Borlaug Cocoa Fellowships for West Africa 2016

The USDA collaborates with the World Cocoa Foundation to sponsor research for improved cocoa production in developing countries. The current call is for research fellows from West Africa who will work with partners in the USA in targeted areas that include cocoa genetics, plant propagation, pests and diseases, soils and fertility, agroforestry, and agricultural practices related to climate change. The eligible countries are Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, and Nigeria. The application deadline is 30 September 2015.
