In collaboration with several partners, the Global Carbon Project is organizing a workshop in December on "Tools and Indicators for Assessing Urban Resilience," to be held at the University of Tokyo. The workshop is intended for early-career researchers, under 40 years of age, who hold PhD degrees or are graduate students with an equivalent level of research experience. Applications are invited from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam. The closing date is 30 September 2015.
