The Erasmus Mundus Program, funded by the European Commission, supports the DREAM partnership to promote academic and professional mobility between the ACP (African, Caribbean, and Pacific states) and Europe. Scholarships enable academic and professional exchanges for masters and doctoral students, and for academic and administrative staff. The partnership comprises eight universities in Europe; twenty universities in ACP countries; and associated universities in both Europe and the ACP. The participating ACP countries are Angola, Cape Verde, Chad, Ethiopia, Fiji, Gabon, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nigeria, Timor-Leste, Trinidad and Tobago, and Zambia. The application deadline is 01 December 2015.
