India's Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme (ITEC) offers international training courses each year in subject areas relevant for its partner developing countries. They include the course "Sustainable Livelihoods and Mainstreaming with Market," planned for February-April 2016. The program is open to applicants in 161 countries of Asia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
