The program Sustainable Integrated Water Management (SWIM) calls for demonstration projects in water resource management in the Mediterranean countries of the European Neighborhood Instrument (i.e., ENI South): Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria (currently suspended), and Tunisia. The program is open to qualifying nonprofit public organizations and NGOs in EU countries; ENI South partner countries; IPA countries; and international organizations. Each project must have at least one local partner. Grants will range from €750 thousand to €3 million, varying with cost shares, for demonstration projects in one or several beneficiary countries.
