The program GROW provides funding support to U.S. graduate students to engage in international research cooperation. Collaboration is with partner institutions in high-income countries of Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, and in several middle-income emerging countries: Brazil, Chile, India, and Mexico. Eligible fellows must must be enrolled at U.S. institutions, and have completed at least one year of their graduate program at the time of application. The application deadline is 04 December 2015.
