GlobalGiving is an online platform to raise funds for grassroots projects worldwide across many sectors and themes -- including in agriculture, energy, environment, and natural resources. GlobalGiving announces a September Accelerator program that will offer two weeks of free virtual training in online fundraising and participation in a two-week crowdfunding campaign. Successful graduates of the program -- those that raise a total of US$5 thousand from at least 40 unique donors -- will benefit from permanent membership with GlobalGiving.
