U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service -- Marine Turtle Conservation Fund

Through its program "Wildlife Without Borders," the USFWS makes grants that address threats to the survival of six species of marine turtles. Funding is for projects located internationally, i.e., outside of the USA and its territories. Applicants can be individuals; multi-national secretariats; state and local government agencies; non-profit organizations, non-governmental organizations; and public and private institutions of higher education. Most grants are US$50 thousand or less. The application deadlines are 03 October 2016 (Cycle 1) and 03 April 2017 (Cycle 2).
