Climate Technology Initiative (CTI PFAN) — Private Financing to Build Resilience to Climate Change in West Africa

The WAFCEF-3 call for proposals solicits proposals from project developers in West Africa as part of a two-stage process to selecting finalist projects for the 3rd Edition of the West African Forum for Clean Energy Financing Business Plan Competition. The proposed project must promote or deploy technologies for clean energy. CTI PFAN will consider projects that require total initial capital in excess of US$1million (or any currency equivalent). Proposals seeking primarily grant funding are not eligible, although the proposal may include elements of grant, donor, and/or subsidized funding. The application deadline is 12 December 2016. Link
