Save Our Species — Call for Proposals on African Wildlife

SOS will make grants focused on lions, leopards, cheetahs, African wild dogs, and Ethiopian wolves in Sub-Saharan Africa. A limited proportion of the funding will be earmarked for additional species, as specified in the announcement. Grants are open to civil society organizations, including African NGOs and international NGOs in collaboration with local partners. Working with government partners is encouraged, although governments and government-affiliated entities cannot receive grants directly. Grants will range from €25 thousand to €450 thousand. SOS requires matching resources in relation to grant size. The deadline for applications (English, French) is 25 May 2017. Link
