Grants can be made to community groups and associations; NGOs; private enterprises; universities; research institutes; and other civil society organizations. The eligible countries are Benin, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
