The IWMF makes reporting fellowships to women journalists from Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Selected groups of women journalists will travel to Kigali and Kinshasa (May 2018) to report on Agriculture, Climate Change, and Civic Engagement issues. This opportunity is part of the African Great Lakes Reporting Initiative. Eligibility extends to affiliated or freelance women journalists with three or more years of professional experience (Note: internships do not count toward professional experience).
