The eligible countries are Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Dem Rep Congo, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Jordan, Liberia, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Niger, Congo, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Tunisia.
