The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs (OES) announces a program on international cooperation on transboundary waters. The programs goal is to build cooperative relationships among stakeholders (including governments, regional organizations, media, and NGOs) to create collaboration over shared waters.
