The Marine Mammal Commission invites worldwide proposals on community-driven conservation approaches to eliminate, manage, or mitigate threats to marine mammals. Proposals must include a component to evaluate the effectiveness of measures to eliminate, manage, or mitigate threats to marine mammals. The Commission also funds conferences, workshops, and other forms of education and outreach in this topic area. Priority will be given to proposals requesting US$50 thousand or less; however, exceptional proposals requesting larger amounts (up to US$100 thousand) will be considered.
