In partnership with TWAS, Indias Department of Biotechnology offers a fellowship program for scholars from developing countries to pursue research towards a PhD in biotechnology. The TWAS-DBT postgraduate fellowships are tenable at key biotechnology research institutions in India for a period of up to 18 months. Applicants should not be older than age 45.
