The South Asian Network for Development and Environmental Economics (SANDEE) is a regional network that provides research support to South Asian researchers and institutions interested in the inter-connections among development, natural resource use, and the environment. SANDEE invites research concept notes in any area of environmental and resource economics relating to the development of South Asia and the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH). Selected concept notes will lead to an invitation to submit full research proposals. Most grants are likely to range from US$20 thousand to US$30 thousand over a two-year period.
