The Technical University of Atlantic (Cabo Verde) seeks applications for its Masters Program on Climate Change and Marine Sciences (MP-CCMS). The West African Science Service Center on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use (WASCAL) offers scholarships to African MSc students. The program includes English language training for participants from Francophone countries, three semesters of joint Masters courses, shipboard training, and a scientific trip to a German partner institution.
