The government of Malaysia sponsors the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan to enable students of Commonwealth countries to study at the postgraduate level in Malaysia. Priority fields include agriculture and fisheries, and environmental studies (among others). Awards for masters studies extend one or two years; awards for PhDs are up to three years. Financial assistance includes support for travel, fees, monthly maintenance, insurance, thesis allowance, and other charges. The application deadline is 10 September 2013. See details here.
