The Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (Forschungsinstitut für biologischen Landbau or FiBL) in Frick, Switzerland is one of the worlds leading centres for research and information dissemination on organic agriculture. FiBL is conducting in partnership with local partners long-term system comparison research in Kenya, India and Bolivia. FiBL requires someone to assist in the management of the above project and data analysis. Especially encouraged are applications of young graduates.

Requirements
- A master in agronomy or soil sciences
- A good understanding of data analysis and knowledge of statistic programs (preferably R)
- Some experience in scientific communication and publication
- Oral and written fluency in English. Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is an advantage
- Skills in and enjoyment of intercultural cooperation;
- Self-initiative and creativity together with good communication and team skills
- Ability to work independently with a significant level of personal responsibility
