- a Ph.D. in biogeochemistry or a closely related field, with prior experience in molecular to grain-scale characterization of natural geomedia.
Desired qualification
- a focus on organic matter-mineral surface interactions in low temperature weathering systems, including molecular spectroscopy approaches to examining the accumulation of organic adsorbate on mineral surfaces.
