About Me:
I am a holder of Bsc Food Science and Technology (2011) from Makerere University-Uganda and an Msc in Food Technology Jointly awarded by Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and the Universiteit Gent, 2011-2011. June-2010 to August-2011; After my Msc graduation, I returned to Uganda where I worked as a project coordinator of a project that investigated factors aggrevating Noddling Syndrom among children in Northern Uganda. I worked as a research assistant on the Food Technology and Business Development project run by the School of Food Technology, Nutrition and Bio-engineering, Makerere University-Kampala-Uganda. I have also been involved in training many farmer and youth groups in postharvest handling and food value addition. I have also been involved is in counselling and guidance of school high school children in Uganda.Currently, I am working with the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology as a scientist responsible for Technology Infrastructure Development. Also, I am the managing Editor, of The Nutritionist- a Ugandan magazine that writes about Agriculture, Food, Nutrition and Health.
