The Corporate CDP is a one-year salaried entry-level program, giving 10 graduates from different backgrounds and origins the opportunity to work alongside coaches and managers in an innovative agribusiness industry.
After an induction at Alltech’s Headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, each member will be assigned to a project in one of Alltech’s offices and receive individual mentorship from senior employees. The program aims to empower graduates with the necessary skills and a deep understanding of the challenges in the agribusiness industry to pursue a successful career in Alltech.
Profile of the candidates:
Recent graduates or students about who will be graduates by February 2016 with a bachelor's or master's degree with limited industry experience
· Fluency in English (second language an advantage)
· Bright, quick learners, creative thinkers
