I am pleased to send you the final version of the ACP livestock policy brief which two members of the Advisory Committee spearheaded and which we also deliberated on during our 2007 meeting and subsequently. Francis and Lindela can tell you how much work went into it. I also thank Ralph for his additional comments and all the other experts who were consulted in the process. Special thanks also go to Katrien Vande Velde, the intern who is presently working with me.
