Oxford Sustainability Programme

Dear Colleagues,

I write to let you know about a new three-day programme from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, that might be of interest to you.

The Oxford Sustainability Programme provides practical leadership tools to enable senior executives to harness the sustainability agenda for the future of their organisations.

The Saïd Business School is dedicated to developing a new generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs and conducting research not only into the nature of business, but the connections between business and the wider world. We are very excited about the development of The Oxford Sustainability Programme, which draws on the University of Oxford’s strengths across a range of subjects, including climate change, innovation, ethics, enterprise and the environment.

This demanding three-day programme has a strong environmental bias, but is primarily a leadership course designed to enable decision-makers to transform their thinking and practice in order to create a sustainable future for their organisations and the organisations they work with.

The programme will run from 14 - 17 June and again from 8 - 11 November 2009 and will be directed by Tracey Camilleri, one of our most experienced associate fellows in the field of leadership. She will be joined by globally-recognised experts in the field of sustainability, including Professor Steve Rayner of the Oxford Institute for Science, Innovation and Society and Sir David King, Director of the Smith School for Enterprise and the Environment.

If you would like any further information, please visit our website to www.sbs.oxford.edu/sustainability or contact me directly. We would welcome your feedback.

Best wishes,

Liz Starbuck Greer
