Euroscience Forum 2012: Travel Grants for Young Researchers

Euroscience announces the availability of travel grants for young researchers to attend the Euroscience Open Forum in Dublin, Ireland.  The dates are 11-15 July 2012.

Euroscience is the biennial pan-European meeting dedicated to scientific research and innovation. The event will bring together over 5,000 scientists, business leaders, senior EU and government officials, and international scientific media.  The aim is to to discuss the best of European science, and to address major global scientific challenges -- including in themes such as Food Security.

Early-stage researchers may apply for travel grants. The grants are open to all nationalities, but the researchers need to be working in European countries.

Euroscience Open Forum 2012 will feature a special program dedicated to young researchers - the Careers Program. Through practical sessions, panel discussions, debates, presentations and networking events, the Careers Program will publicize the opportunities open to young and mid-career researchers in Europe and around the world.
