The EC will support the government of Honduras to improve the governance of forests, protected areas, and wildlife in Honduras. Grants will focus on building the capacity of local governments and communities in forest protection and management. The program is open to nonprofit organizations in the EU, Honduras, countries of the EU's Development Cooperation Instrument, and international organizations.
