The CEPF calls for project proposals from the 17 organizations pre-qualified to compete for funding in support of the Tropical Andes Biodiversity Hotspot. Other organizations are free to join them in a subordinate role. The organization that will be chosen to lead the Regional Implementation Team will not be eligible for project funding.
