The EU's Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade (FLEGT) Action Plan includes grants of technical assistance to benefit government institutions and non-profit organizations in the private-sector. Projects need to address the identified themes in FLEGT and support the VPA process (Voluntary Partnership Agreement) with the EU. The VPA countries are Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Dem Rep Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Guyana, Honduras, Liberia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. Grants are up to 50 thousand. Applications (English, French, Spanish) can be submitted at any time.
