The U.S. Department of Agriculture is open to reviewing applications for the 2016 Borlaug Global Research Alliance Fellowships. Fellows will be selected from countries that are members of the Global Research Alliance on Agricultural Greenhouse Gases (Colombia, Costa Rica, Egypt, Ghana, Honduras, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam). Fellows will work with a mentor at USDA’s Agricultural Research Service or a U.S. university for up to 12 weeks on research related to climate change mitigation. The U.S. mentor later visits the fellow’s home institution to continue collaboration. The application deadline is 15 November 2015.
