The Low Emission Accelerator Partnership (LEAP) is a program of the U.S. government to work with partner developing countries in Asia, Latin America, and Africa on reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. LEAP will award a grant of up to US$2 million for technical and policy assistance that helps selected developing countries to implement their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.
