U.S. Department of State -- Low Emission Accelerator Partnership

The Low Emission Accelerator Partnership (LEAP) is a program of the U.S. government to work with partner developing countries in Asia, Latin America, and Africa on reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. LEAP will award a grant of up to US$2 million for technical and policy assistance that helps selected developing countries to implement their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. Eligibility for funding extends to nonprofit NGOs, educational institutions, and public entities. Funding Opportunity OES-OCC-16-006. The closing date for applications is 11 July 2016.
