The aim of the 3rd ICRD is to share and discuss recent insights on development-oriented research conducted in North-South partnerships, and to develop a research policy agenda for global transformation.
The Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) advances human wellbeing, environmental conservation and equity by conducting research to inform policies and practices that affect forests in developing countries. We are one of 15 Centers within the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). Our headquarters are in Bogor, Indonesia, and we have offices in Asia, Africa and South America. CIFOR is looking for a Post Doctoral/Research Fellow, Researcher/Data Analyst on forests and climate change The Post Doctoral/Research Fellow will be responsible for management of a global database on projects related to Reduced Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD). The database project is housed in Component 2 (on REDD demonstration sites) in CIFOR’s Global Comparative Study on REDD+.
