Centre For Social Concern and Development [CESOCODE] is Non governmental organisation working with rural small holder farmers by providing modern farming methods, seeds, fertilizer and other farming skills.Most small holder farmers in Malawi are illitirate and they followed old farming skills therefore they need intesive support and assistance from agriculture advisors inorder to harvest more crops. As Programme Director my work to working closely with farmers starting from land husbandly time, planting, weeding, fertilizer application , harvesting , storage and to the market.
