Dr. Seweta Srivastava is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Plant Pathology discipline from Banaras Hindu University in 2013. She is a recipient of Senior Research Fellowship of Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi, in Plant Pathology in 2009. She also qualified ICAR-NET in Plant Pathology and Crop Protection. She has also more than five years post-doctoral research experience in Regional Plant Quarantine Station, Kolkata; in the Center for Sugarcane Biotechnology, U. P. Council of Sugarcane Research, Shahjahanpur and as a Project Scientist
