| About Me: |
I am the daughter of Canadian dairy farmers who has has grown up with agriculture being central to my life.
I've worked on RAS services in Canada, Ghana and Sierra Leone over the last 6 years in various capacities including research, extension facilitation and program management with both public and private sector organizations. I am currently doing an MA in Globalization, Business and Development at Institute of Development Studies in the UK. My interests span agriculture's role in community and regional development, supporting women and youth to be involved in gainful agriculture, and improving ways that behaviour change communication/extension are used to encourage the adoption of improved agricultural practices. My relationship with agriculture continuously evolves! I use YPARD as a space to engage with agricultural issues that affect my work and my life. |
