Borlaug Fellowships: Global Cocoa Initiative

The Foreign Agricultural Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), in partnership with the World Cocoa Foundation, will support training and research in cocoa agriculture through the Norman E. Borlaug International Science and Technology Program.

The Foreign Agricultural Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), in partnership with the World Cocoa Foundation, will support training and research in cocoa agriculture through the Norman E. Borlaug International Science and Technology Program.

Grants are for 6-12 weeks of collaboration in the USA, followed by continuation of the partnership in the applicant's home country.

Eligible countries for the cocoa fellowships are Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam plus selected countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Peru, and Trinidad and Tobago).
