WIOMSA invites proposals to support training courses and workshops, and the publication of books and manuals, in relevant subjects of marine sciences in the Western Indian Ocean (WIO). Proposals are invited from institutions or consortia of institutions. The project leader should be a scientist in the WIO region, and hold at least a masters degree.
