PPIAF has launched the second Call for Knowledge Proposal soliciting submissions on topics pertaining to private sector participation in infrastructure, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and sub-national finance in PPIAF’s priority sectors (Energy, Water and Transportation)

PPIAF has launched the second Call for Knowledge Proposal soliciting submissions on topics pertaining to private sector participation in infrastructure, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and sub-national finance in PPIAF’s priority sectors (Energy, Water and Transportation)

PPIAF is looking for knowledge products that provide lessons learned or best practices which can be applied across countries and across regions. A total of $1 million has been allocated towards this effort. Proposals will be accepted for;

  • Knowledge Products (toolkits, guides, manuals, briefs, etc.)
  • Capacity Building (training seminars and workshops, development of training materials)
  • Outreach (translation, dissemination, conferences, stakeholder engagement)

Eligibility

The call is open to all World Bank Group (WBG) staff and other multilateral development banks, donor organizations, and non-profit organizations.

All WBG proposals must include a Task Team Leader (TTL) with Trust Fund Learning and Accreditation Program (TLAP) Accreditation 2.0. 

Selection Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated on technical quality, relevance to the proposed topics, and alignment with PPIAF’s strategy. Specifically, proposals will be assessed against the following criteria:

  • Value for Money
  • Innovative Approach
  • Outcomes
  • Implementation and Capacity
